Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the competitive position of energy drinks in retail outlets with a focus on the Monster Energy brand, and to make suggestions to eliminate potential gaps and increase competitiveness based on observations. The design should result to be an adjustment area to make Monster companies better, thereby strengthening their competitive position.
