Silnice R56, alternativní trasa Ludgeřovice-Ostrava, vyhledávací studie

Abstract

Linear structures (in general) are desirable for the development of society and state, but the preparation and implementation, integrating it with the perspective of the landscape and the throughput almost always complicated and sometimes even unsolvable.This paper tries to find a solution of the problem with rerouting of the road construction around I/56. The route could be a new connection between Ostrava and Opava, but also the Moravian-Silesian region and the whole Czech Republic. There is already a technical study of them. Designers have been trying, to meet all affected communities and government authorities. Despite these efforts by planners, it is not possible route to implement the proposed location. The core of the dispute is a municipal project, near the route to build a resort zone with a new civic buildings. To meet the stakeholders of the problem, it was necessary to examine the conceptual design of opponents, as an alternative to the already-designed road SI/56.
