Abstract

This thesis deals with the assessment of the practice of the professional training of the municipal volunteer fire brigade in the regional division Děčín. In the introduction there are described fire brigades, further part is devoted to the municipal volunteer fire brigades. Next, the professional training is described, in close connection to the possibilities of gaining and lengthening of the professional qualification. The last part is aimed at the investigation of the state of the implementation of the professional training in practice and assessment of the level of knowledge of the members of municipal volunteer fire brigade in the regional division Děčín. In the conclusion there are stated, on the basis of the findings, proposals for the focus of the professional training.
