Abstract
Goal of this bachelor thesis is approach situation in football club FC Baník Ostrava. Purpose is to improve financial situation of club, step out on domestic and international scene and increase fan's popularity. The suggestions will be determined by SWOT analysis, specify main strategies and build marketing mix.
