Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou přístupnosti jednotlivých budov a oddělení vybraných nemocnic, a také návaznosti vstupů na pěší komunikace a městskou hromadnou dopravu pro nezávislý pohyb všech pacientů, zaměstnanců a návštěvníků nemocnice. V rámci práce jsou mapovány dvě nemocnice - Karvinská hornická nemocnice a nemocnice Podlesí v Třinci. Na základě analýzy, která obsahuje fotodokumentaci včetně změření rozměrů problémových míst, byl proveden návrh odstranění bariér s cílem vytvořit zejména bezbariérové hygienické prostory na řešených odděleních. Hlavním cílem práce je zvýšit dostupnost nemocnic především pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Výsledný návrh je v souladu s příslušnými právními předpisy a technickými normami s akceptováním Moravskoslezského krajského plánu vyrovnávání příležitostí pro občany se zdravotním postižením a Národního rozvojového programu mobility pro všechny.

This master thesis presents an analysis of the accessibility of the buildings and departments of the chosen hospitals, as well as the connectivity to the pedestrian communications and the public transport for an independent movement of all the patients, employees and hospital’s visitors. As for the objectives, there are two hospitals mapped in the thesis - Karviná Mining Hospital and Podlesí Hospital in Třinec. On the basis of the analysis that includes a photographic documentation also covering the measurements of the problem areas, the thesis introduces a proposal of elimination of the barriers found, leading primarily to the construction of barrier-free sanitary areas in the chosen departments. The main objective of this thesis is to increase the accessibility of the hospitals mainly to people with reduced mobility and orientation. The final proposal is in accordance with relevant legal regulations and technical norms, with the Moravian-Silesian Regional plan for the unification of possibilities for inhabitants with disabilities, and with the National Development Programme of Mobility for All.
