Abstract

This diploma thesis deal with BIM issue by focusing on supporting and necesssary documentation in BIM proces, Facility management and Information model of Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB-TU Ostrava. In the first part of the thesis is answered the questions of BIM in the Czech Republic and abroad, BIM protocol with appendixes open data format, data and classification standard in civil engineering. The practical part focuses already on a specific creation of these documentation, work in Revit, work in CDE (Common Data Environment) and work in software for Facility management. The modeling results and results from supporting documentation are provided in the final results of the whole thesis. This thesis contains 74 pages.
