Zhodnocení vývoje podnikatelských subjektů a změny v legislativě související s podnikatelskou činností

Abstract

At the beginning of this bachelor thesis, I will briefly deal with the history and the development of business in the Czech Republic. Further, the thesis is focused on the description and explanation of the most important concepts closely related to particular business activities and access to business in general. In my bachelor thesis I will deal with evaluating of a number of business entities for the period from year 2008 to year 2014. From the data obtained I will evaluate decreasing or increasing tendency of o number of business entities in different years in connection with the adopted amendments of legislation directly related to business. Further, I will focus in my thesis on detailed analysis of the most crucial amendments of the Trade Licensing Act which this legislation passed. The reference period is again from year 2008 to year 2014.
