Zhodnocení hybridních pracovních modelů a jejich vliv na well-being zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on hybrid work models and their impact on employee well-being. The aim of the thesis is to analyze employees’ attitudes toward working from home in a selected organization and to evaluate how this work arrangement affects their well-being. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to hybrid work, describes its benefits and risks from both employee and employer perspectives, and addresses the concept of well-being, its determinants, and methods of measurement. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey among employees of the selected organization. The results indicate that hybrid work is perceived predominantly positively, mainly due to increased flexibility, time savings, and improved work-life balance. However, certain risks are also identified, such as social isolation and difficulties in separating work and personal life. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed to improve the implementation of hybrid work models and to support employee well-being.
