Abstract

The Integrated Operational Programme (IOP) belongs to the thematic Operational Programmes in the Czech Republic in the programming period 2007-2013, which deals with the modernization of public administration, increasing of the quality, availability of public services and promoting of the regional development. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to bring the IOP implementation and to evaluate the implementation of financial resources allocated from the EU Structural Funds in the period 2007-2010. For the programming period 2007-2013 approximately EUR 1 582,4 million has been earmarked for the IOP. During the years 2007-2010 44 calls were declared 44 calls, 7 499 applications for subsidies were submitted and about 6 413 projects were approved. The IOP has overall drawn about 5,7 % of financial resources intented for this programming period at 6 April 2011. It was drawn about CZK 2 620 million and more than CZK 43 billion remain for drawing by the end of the programming period.
