Hodnocení dopadů čistírny odpadních vod na životní prostředí pomocí metody LCA

Abstract

This diploma thesis is based on the assessment of influences of waste water treatment at the Central Waste Water Treatment Plant (CWWTP) in Ostrava-Přívoz on the environment using the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) method. The thesis consists of six parts. The first two parts are introductory and deal with the purpose and the aims of the work. The third part concentrates on the LCA theory and related regulations, and briefly describes the software used in the practical part. The fourth part analyses the waste water treatment technology at the CWWTP. The fifth part contains inventory analysis, assessment of individual influences on the environment and results interpretation. The conclusion contains summary of all the findings, from which are also drawn some recommendations for the improvement of the situation.
