Management a fungování sportovních oddílů

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the issue of management of sports clubs of the same performance level but of different team sports. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the management and functioning of sports clubs. The clubs are described in detail and the practical part of the thesis is developed using SWOT and VRIO analysis. There are also interviews with sports representatives of both organizations. A comparison is made based on the final results of both clubs. The conclusion of the thesis brings suggestions and recommendations how to improve the current situation of clubs.
