Abstract

In this diploma thesis I deal with design of a system for administration of demands in KARO EXPORT – IMPORT company. In the introductory, theoretical part of the thesis I evaluate the present form of information systems and technologies in the companies from the point of view of its factual content and structure. As the next point I started my own development of information system for KARO EXPORT – IMPORT company. In the first stage it was necessery to analyse the present state of agenda and debt collection processing. Because the company doesn´t own any automatic system for this branch, it was necessery to collect data and set the current process of elaboration. Based on a very detailed analyses of operations and data of the company, the basic requierements were specified to be matched by the future information system.The last stage of the thesis contains a draft of a conceptual scheme of the firm diabase and its implementation.
