Zhodnocení týmové spolupráce v IT centru vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na hodnocení týmové spolupráce v IT centru vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je provést zhodnocení tohoto výzkumu a předložit návrhy, které povedou ke zlepšení týmové spolupráce. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska týmu a týmové spolupráce. Druhá část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti, analýzou současného stavu týmové práce v IT centru a vyhodnocení dotazníku mezi manažery a zaměstnanci. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou doporučena opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení týmové spolupráce.

The thesis is mainly focused on the Evaluation of Team Cooperation in an IT center of a selected company. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate this research and suggest recommendations for the elimination of the problematic areas. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical bases of team and teamwork. The second part describes the characteristics of the selected company, analysis of the current situation of teamwork in the IT center and the evaluation of a survey among managers and employees. Based on the findings are suggested precaution which leads to the improvement of the examined process are recommended.
