Abstract

The aim of this diploma`s work was to prupose and work up the project documentation rating for new building of pension. Building part was prepared in the range of needs of TEB. It is independently standing duplex brick building. Purpose of construction is providing accommodation and food services. Designed for heating pellet boiler with automatic operation. Boiler will heat heating circuits with using storage tank. Hot water is combined with pellet boilers and solar systems with collectors. The heating system is designed as a two-pipe with forced circulation. The temperature gradient is constant for the entire system. Throughout the building are designed panel radiators.
