Abstract

The objective of my bachelory work is to write up a guide for intending enterpreneurs, with a concrete view to the limited liability company. The whole work is separated to three chapters, the first of them is concerned in the theoretical preparation, the second and the third parts describe the practical process. The first part is intend on definition of the basic notions of the small and middle companies, their importance, advantages and disadvantages and definition in numbers. Then there is mentioned the characterisation of all existing kinds of companies and their comparation and spacification of their advantages and disadvantages. The opening part is terminated with problems of an enterpreneurial plan. The practical part is devoted to process by founding a firm and framing of a enterpreneuialr plan for the founding firm by myself, the object of its enterprise consists in business of road motor international carriage of freight, operated with vehicles of highest permitted weight over 3,5 tons. And what was the boon of my bachelory work for me? Primarily it is not allowed to underestimate the preparation of a enterpreneurial plan,for the originated problems are able to result in fatal consequences. Concerning to the process by establishing a limited liability company, so I am going to have think about it for a long time, if there it is not better to buy a developed company, because ploughing through bureaucratic system and wasting of time might be more expensive than this mentioned purchase.
