Abstract

The dissertation is focused on creating business plan of the company. The main project goal is making of business plan of company NC Group CZ s. r. o. which become a start point for its possible future usage e.g. request for bank credit which they will modify according to enterprise needs. The dissertation is divided into two parts – first pure theory part makes up second chapter putting mind to discribing the belongings of the business plan. Within the scope of practical part puts mind to third and fourth chapter there is made up the detail company description with the outline of its incoming development and autohor´s recommendation.
