Abstract
This thesis deals with urban design for building family houses of the locality. The design work is building single-family homes in two variants of this option is selected solved in detail. Detailed processing of the selected option is in the range of transport solutions viewpoints triangles, solving technical infrastructure, design of public spaces and the
calculation of economic performance variations.
The aim of this thesis was to develop a proposal for housing on the outskirts of the community on the existing building.
