Zpracování podnikatelského záměru pro malý podnik

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru pro malý podnik. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s podnikáním a podnikatelským plánem, včetně jeho struktury a náležitostí. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé kroky pro sestavení podnikatelského záměru, které byly vysvětleny v teoretické části, uvedeny do praxe. Pro zpracování záměru byla zvolena palačinkárna. Obsah podnikatelského záměru se skládá z realizačního resumé, popisu podniku, analýzy prostředí, marketingového plánu, finančního plánu a hodnocení rizik. Ve čtvrté kapitole shrnutí a doporučení byly shrnuty všechny silné a slabé stránky firmy, finanční stránka, časový plán, rizika realizace podnikatelského záměru a nakonec bylo navrženo vhodné doporučení.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is Elaboration of a Business Plan for Small Company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the business and the business plan, including his structure and particulars. In the practical part are the individual steps for the compilation of the business plan, which have been explained in the theoretical part, put into practice. For elaboration of a business plan was chosen a pancake house. The content of the business plan consists of an executive summary, a business description, an environment analysis, a marketing plan, a financial plan, and a risk assessment. In the fourth chapter summaries and recommendations were summarized all the strengths and weaknesses of the company, the financial side, the schedule of work, the risks of realization of the business plan and, finally, was suggested appropriate recommendations.
