Vyhodnocení rizik a posouzení úrazovosti při provozu kuchyně rekreačního střediska

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis aims at evaluating risks and assessing injury rate in the operation of a recreation center kitchen. The objective of the thesis is to deal with the risks and injury causes between the years 2006 and 2010 and to compare those with the statistics developed by the State Office of Labor Inspection. The thesis also suggests appropriate measures to decrease the number of injuries. The thesis introduces effective legal regulations and describes generally the identification and assessment of risks and subsequent evaluation of the risks while applying the What – If method.
