Diploma thesis Application of Selected KPI in Business Company deals with key performance indicators and their use in the chosen business company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts - key performance indicators, performance measures, balanced scorecard and controlling - their meaning and use. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the chosen business company and the introduction of key performance indicators into its activities.
