Abstract
This bachelor thesis is devoted to large-scale vermicomposting, including essential characteristics, optimal conditions and utilization of the resulting vermicompost on agricultural land. There are described individual methods and types of large-scale vermicomposting, and then the sub-parts of vermicomposting are analyzed in selected companies, which deal with this type of biodegradable waste transformation in the Czech Republic.
