Abstract
The subject of the thesis is the evaluation of the wage system at the selected employer. An effective and fair wage system is a prerequisite for stabilizing the company. The aim of the thesis is to define the basic concepts related to the wage system, to describe the issue of remuneration and subsequently to analyze and evaluate the wage system at the selected employer.
