Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is to design an auto-service object which use second floor as an administration area. This object is design as two floor building with gabled roof. The garage service itself with a working part and the background for employees is situated in the first floor. In the second floor are independent office rooms with a large scale of use for any field of buiness. This project is focused on the processing of technical equipment of building such as wastewather and rainwather plumbing and heating. The thermally technical assessment and the design of the building, which is projected to ensure minimal energy consuption, is also part of the project as well as complete foundation necessary for design ans implementation of project. The final project meets the requirement of all relevant ČSN and EN standards with regards to the claim of the users of this building.
