Abstract

This work is focused on establishment of an ordering system using an ABC analysis. The theory chapter were described all important facts related to this work such as logistics, inventory managament and analysis ABC. Consequently characteristics of a company were created. In a practical part I concentrated on the ABC analysis where annual consumption of inventory was examined. From the ABC analysis a proposal of an inventory management was created. The work is concluded with a comparison of present solution for annual consumption with new proposal created on the basis of ABC analysis. Advantages and disadvantages of the new approach are discusses as well.
