Optimalizace technologie výroby odlitku skříně převodovky

Abstract

Presented thesis is focused on gear box from ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 casting technology optimalization within TATRA METALURGIE a.s. Cast is made by the gravity die casting method into mould made by the bentonite mixture and Cold box amin core. Areas where casting defects occur were solved in simulation software MAGMA 5.3.0 with the Magma Iron module. Optimalization module was used for treating of the gating system in following step.
