Abstract

This thesis deals with the position of the European Union in selected international organizations and possible recommendations for the European Union in the future. The theoretical part of this thesis offers possible resolution to the international relations and methodological basis for this work. The following chapter contains selected international organizations and the specific relationships between these organizations and the European Union. The last section is devoted to the evaluation of these relationships and the provision of recommendations for the European Union and the evaluation of the vision of the European Union on the international stage in the future. The position of the EU was evaluated as strong within the selection of international organizations, as all Member States of the European Union also participated in the establishment of specific international organizations.
