Zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Amsoft s. r. o.

Abstract

Finanční analýza provádí analýzu činností, v nichž hlavní úlohu hrají peníze, čas a finance. Cílem je odhalit silné a slabé stránky firmy a zjistit její výkonnost. Získané informace jsou vyhodnoceny tak, aby sloužily jako nástroj k řízení podniku. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci firmy Amsoft, s. r. o. za léta 2006 až 2010. Úvodem práce je představena analyzovaná společnost a jsou uvedeny vzorce, podle kterých je vyčíslena a následně zhodnocována finanční situace. Je posuzována likvidita, rentabilita, aktivita a zadluženost firmy. Dále bude ukazatel rentability vlastního kapitálu rozložen na dílčí ukazatele, které mají vliv na jeho změny ve sledovaných letech 2006 až 2010. Na základě zjištěných hodnot bude posouzeno finanční zdraví společnosti.

Financial analysis is a method of analysis the activities in which the leading role played by money, time and finance. The aim is to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company and determine its performance. The information obtained is evaluated to serve as a tool for management. The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the financial position of company the name of Amsoft s.r.o, for the years 2006 to 2010. In introduction of this work is presented and analyzed chosen company and there are listed formulas by which it is enumerated, and evaluated the financial situation. It is evaluated liquidity, profitability, activity and indebtedness of the company. Also the pointer is return on equity indicator broken down into sub-pointers, which influence the changes in the monitored years 2006 to 2010. On basis of the findings values, it will be evaluated the financial health of chosen company.
