dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce zpracovává téma motivace zaměstnanců společnosti ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná a.s. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s problematikou motivace zaměstnanců. Je zaměřena na vybrané teorie motivace, motivační systém organizace a základní stimulační prostředky. Praktická část uvádí charakteristiku společnosti. Na základě průzkumu je provedena analýza současných forem motivace zaměstnanců této společnosti. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován zhodnocení získaných poznatků, obsahuje návrhy, které mohou vést ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců této společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe theme of the diploma thesis is motivation of employees in ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná Inc. The theoretical part defines the basic terms related to the motivation issues of employees. It focuses on the selected theories of motivation, the motivational system of organization and basic stimulation means. The practical part presents the characteristic f the company. The analysis of the contemporary forms of motivation in this company is based on the survey. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to the evaluation of acquired knowledge and also includes proposals that might lead to increase the motivation as well as satisfaction of the employees in this company.en
