Aktivní politika zaměstnanosti v Moravskoslezském kraji se zaměřením na veřejně prospěšné práce

Abstract

The thesis deals with active labor market policy in Czech Republic and Moravian-Silesian region with focusing on community services and efectivity of this instrument, both on theoretical and practical norm. The first part includes the characteristic of instruments and the theoretical bases of active labor market policy and disadvantaged groups in the labor market. The second part shows development of the created jobs and finances spent on active labor market policy and community services both in the Czech Republic. The third deals with the same topic, but only with focusing on Moravian-Silesian region. In conclusion I provide a summary of findings, opinions, suggestions and potential recommendations to improve the situation on the labor market.
