Abstract

The Diploma work is devoted to the managing of fhe human resourcance inside the allowance organisation MSSS in Most. The introduction is devoted to the compact and detailed overview of theorganisation, which was established with the target to provide sociál sevices the seniors, handicapped people and families with children. The analyses of the current situation depiscts the sole situations when the lack of communication occurs while fulfillinf the newly established duties dutiny the common organisation process. It also suggests the solution which is represents with the horizontál and vertical sommunication, which contributes to the improvement of the social relations inside the organisation and to heplps to create the feeeling of the mutual responsiblity. The conclusion is devoted to the modifications of the organisation structure suggested for MSSS Most, and also contains the advises as to the business relacion inside the organistion.
