Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with employee education and development, one of the most important human resources activity. It focuses on description of whole educational development process, reasons for education and employee training. The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the current employee educational development process in Company XY and on the basis of collected dats identify potential weaknesses in process and propose possible solutions.
