Hospodaření a naplněnost mateřských škol městského obvodu v závislosti na demografickém vývoji

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the quality and sufficient capacity of provided pre-school education in the selected urban district of the Statutory City of Ostrava from the perspective of effective management in connection with the amendment to Act No. 531/2004 Coll., On pre-primary, basic, secondary, higher vocational and other education (The Education Act). The amendment of the Education Act sets compulsory pre-school attendance to children for a period of one school year before entering primary school for the purpose of fulfilling compulsory school attendance. The second chapter describes the contemporary education systems of the Czech Republic, the way of establishment and financing. The third chapter describes the organizational structure of the selected urban district kindergartens, the capacity and personal of kindergartens, basic incomes of kindergartens and the birth rate of the population in the chosen district. The fourth chapter evaluates the financial management and capacities of kindergartens in the selected urban district depending on the demographic development of the population and the influence of adoption of the amendment to the Education Act to the fulfillment of kindergartens.
