Abstract

The possibilities of using APIS software for FMEA The bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of computer support for FMEA . The main attention was paid to the APIS IQ software from APIS Informationstechnologien . The introduction describes the FMEA methodology and analysis of existing possibilities of computer support FMEA market, where the properties for support FMEA are characterized. Next, there are described in more details selected software for FMEA including their comparing and software APIS IQ compared with properties of good software. The following part contains analysis of the current state of the use of FMEA and application of computer methods for suppliers in car industry, which are described by FMEA requirements which are followed by organization and management FMEA in company. The main result of the thesis is to suggest improvements for the use of software APIS IQ . In this part, brief manual book was made for using the software, which serves for immediate understanding and using of basic functions and tools for FMEA with the help of the software APIS IQ .
