Aplikace technologie injekčního vstřikování kovů (MIM) ve výrobě komponent pro automobilový průmysl

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the technology of metal injection molding (MIM) as the progressive method of production of precise and shape-complicated components for automotive industry. The technology description includes the preparation of metal powder, binder types, applied machines and equipments, debinding process and sintering of compacts. The most important applications of MIM-products and perspectives of this technology in automotive industry are also mentioned in this work.
