Abstract
The objective of this thesis is to create a project proposal and to apply for subsidy from European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in the programming period 2014-2020 in Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovations for Competitiveness (OPEIC) in programme ICT and Shared Services - Call I. In thesis were described and used methods of project management.
