Posouzení poklesu teploty u popela v závislosti na čase a druhu paliva

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis deals with the experimental determination of the temperature change of wood ash in the fireplace and the subsequent assessment of a suitable time interval for its safe disposal. The work includes statistical data on the number of fires that have occurred between years 2001-2022 caused by poor handling of hot ash. From 2018-2022, there are over 400 cases each year, which is much more than previous years. Based on the results obtained by measurements with a FLIR T640 thermal camera, a Testo845 infrared thermometer and an Almemo 2890-9 control panel with K-type thermocouples, the recommended time interval for its safe disposal was set at 5.5 hours from the time the wood was last placed in fireplace. After this time, the ash temperature always dropped below 30 °C in all measurements. At the end of the work, safety recommendations and ash handling procedures are proposed so that there is no fire, injury to the person handling the ash, or injury to other people, who can come into contact with the ash.
