Racionalizace údržby kolejového vozového parku

Abstract

V předložené práci jsem zpracoval možnosti racionalizace údržby kolejového vozového parku. V první části jsem uvedl historii údržby a přehled žkv ve společnosti SD-Kolejová doprava, a.s. Ve druhé části jsem se zaměřil na současnou situaci, kde jsem se dopracoval k problému evidence údržby a postupným rozborem došel k slabým stránkám současného systému evidence. V třetí závěrečné části jsem navrhl možná řešení svých zjištění, která by vedla ke zlepšení informovanosti všech dotčených pracovišť a hlavně k eliminaci chyb vytvářených pracovníky. Na závěr práce uvádím, jak by se dále dala údržba kolejového vozového parku v rámci společnosti vylepšit.

In the submitted thesis I elaborated the possibilities of the rationalization of maintenance for rail-borne vehicles. In the first part I presented the history of the maintenance and the overview of railway vehicles in the company SD-Kolejová doprava, a.s. In the second part I focused on the current situation, here I worked through to the problem of registration of the maintenance and on the basis of successive analysis I came to weaknesses of the current system of registration. In the third and final part I suggested possible solution for my findings that would lead to the improvement of knowledgeability of all involved workplaces and mainly to the elimination of mistakes made by the workers. At the end of the thesis I state how the maintenance for rail-borne vehicle might be further improved within the company.
