Studie sportovně-rekreačního areálu v Olšanech u Prostějova

Abstract

The development of the specified location for the purpose of construction of sports and recreational complex in the village of Olšany near Prostejov is to create an optimal use of sports and recreational activities for residents of the village and neighbourhood. Described location is located on the eastern outskirts of the village and adjacent to the sports complex of TJ Sokol Olsany near Prostejov, arable land and river flow Blata. Solved territory contains of several parcels, which together form the plot of irregular shaped quadrangle of an area of 34,244 square metres. The thesis is made in two possible options, where one of them is elaborated in detail including an overall calculation of costs. The aim is to create an ideal environment using land to recreational sports for pupils and students of schools and the general public as well. The thesis can be used as a basis for the Municipal Office at Olšany near Prostějov for negotiations on the draft land use.
