Analýza rizik při přepravě nebezpečného zboží po železnici

Abstract

The thesis is focused on an identification and an analysis of possibility of formation of danger around stabling siding in the railway station Olomouc. For the identification of these dangers has been used a method of Check list for the part of transport of dangerous chemical substances. For the analysis of these dangers have been used a method of Dow´s chemical exposure index guide (CEI) and a programme ROZEX. According to these methods has been dangerous chemical substance identified and analysed and on the basis of its concentration has been set a reach of a dangerous distance including its graphic presention in a map. The thesis suggests mentioned process of the identification of dangers and the analysis of risks for its using in a safety plan for a timely determination of the exposure of employees of České dráhy, a.s. and inhabitants. All together it can help to better setup of units HZS SŽDC in cooperation with HZS ČR.
