Abstract
This thesis deals with the waste produced from this brewery. It first describes the basic information on the composition of beer. It also describes the different categories of waste. The first is described by management, which serves primarily as a secondary raw material side, then the other waste categories, which include both recycle wastes and wastes from sewage treatment plants.
