Abstract
I focused on marketing strategy of football club.
I chose club FC Baník Ostrava as object of my research.
I did SWOT analysis, analysis of marketing mix and online polling method.
Goal of my thesis is to use results of research and make reccomendations, which will lead to improvement of club’s situation.
I studied public interest in the sport, football, frequency of visiting Baník Ostrava matches,
reasons of unattention, opinion on ticket’s price, awareness about FCB fanshop, satisfaction with products and effectivity of presentation club in the media.
