Územní studie lokality ÚRZ 7, Ostrava – Hošťálkovice

Abstract

The aim of the master thesis is to design functional and spatial utilization of the developing locality ÚRZ 7 in Ostrava – Hošťálkovice. It consists of an area reserved for housing purposes, which is connected to developable area DK 53. The study has been prepared with regard to the surrounding functions and needs of the area and with accordance to regulations of the territorial plan. The result of this thesis is a complex urban design of the area above-mentioned made in two versions. For a variant chosen, there is a transport and technical infrastructure design altogether with a public spaces and static traffic design. Economic assessment is also inseparable part of the thesis.
