Preventivní zajištění pohledávek ve společnosti

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je preventivní zajištění pohledávek ve společnosti. V první části práce je provedena definice pohledávek a zhodnocení současných metod zajištění pohledávek před jejich vznikem, především pak získávání kvalitních informací o odběratelích. V druhé části bakalářská práce popisuje různé zajišťovací instrumenty, které lze v současné době využít k zajištění pohledávek. Součástí třetí části jsou pak návrhy možných postupů při vymáhání pohledávek po době splatnosti a nedobytných pohledávek.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the preventive security of claims in the enterprise. In the first part of the thesis receivables are defined and current methods of securing receivables before their origin are evaluated, with an emphasis on obtaining quality information about customers. In the second part of the thesis various securing instruments currently available are described. The third part consists of suggestions of possible procedure during collection of accounts receivable after the collection period, and irrecoverable debts.
