Analýza odstředivě litých vysokolegovaných Ni-litin s kuličkovým grafitem

Abstract

The thesis focuses on analysis of hot-cast high–alloy Ni–cast irons with spheroidal graphite. In the theoretical part it characterizes the technology of horizontal centrifugal casting, preparation of mold, melting in an electric induction furnace and heat treatment. Furthermore, the chapter analyses the parameters high-alloyed Ni-cast irons, especially Ni–Resist D–2C. The practical part describes the production of seven castings, and subsequent examined the content of selected parameters on mechanical properties and the microstructure depending on conditions of production.
