Řízení dokumentovaných informací jako základ zpětnovazebních systémů v kontextu Kvality 4.0.

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce byla optimalizace stávajícího systému řízení platných dokumentů ve vybrané organizaci s cílem využití prvků dnešní moderní doby. V teoretické části práce byla popsána problematika řízené dokumentace, koncepce Průmyslu 4.0 a její klíčové prvky, dále pak teoretický rámec Kvality 4.0 a v poslední řadě byly definovány zpětnovazební systémy managementu kvality v kontextu Kvality 4.0. Praktická část byla zaměřena na analýzu aktuálního stavu řízené dokumentace, přičemž na základě získaných poznatků byl navržen a implementován optimalizovaný systém splňující vyšší nároky na automatizaci, přehlednost a transparentnost vůči zaměstnancům organizace. Nový systém řízení dokumentů zároveň položil základy pro implementaci zpětnovazebních systémů managementu kvality. Prostřednictvím poslední kapitoly byly mimo jiné představeny návrhy na zlepšení celkového systému řízení platných dokumentů v organizaci.

The aim of this master thesis was to optimize the existing document management system in a selected organization with the aim of using elements of today's modern times. The theoretical part of the thesis described the issue of document management systems, the concept of Industry 4.0 and its key elements, then the theoretical framework of Quality 4.0 and last but not least the definition of closed-loop quality management systems in the context of Quality 4.0. The practical part was focused on the analysis of the current state of document management systems, and based on the acquired knowledge, an optimized system was designed and implemented to meet the higher demands for automation, clarity and transparency towards the employees of the organization. The new document management system also laid the foundations for the implementation of closed-loop quality management systems. Through the last chapter, proposals for improving the overall document management system in the organisation were presented, among other things.
