Studie příležitosti start-up projektu CSP Dish-Stirling

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to analyse the company start-up project of Strojírny Bohdalice, a.s. called "CSP DISH-STIRLING Concentrating solar power plant." For the thesis, a competitive analysis according to Michael Porter is chosen to inspect the project from five main competitive areas. This analysis seeks to determine which competitive forces may influence the project most and for what situations the company should be prepared in the future. The results of the applied Porter's analysis are favorable to the company now and in the future. The other analysis deals with a territorial potential of the start-up project. The analysis of company territorial opportunities determined where the company should focus its production on the ground of various external aspects.
