Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the possibility of expansion on the French market with HEAD bicycles. The results were based on the analysis of current activities, PEST and SWOT analysis and brainstorming. After all these analyzes, it appeared that for Novus Bike s.r.o. the French market is very promising and it makes sense to expand on this market as it has great potential.
