Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with planned construction photovoltaic power station on the roof of the train main station in Prostějov. The main station is owned by the company Správa želenic. The Správa železnic is the state company. Planned construction is part of reconstruction of the building of main station and others administration buildings. The reason why Správa želenic wants to create a phovoltaic power station is reduction of energy consumption in the building. This thesis solves and designs whole project about power station include the economic calculation and planned return of money in the future. Brings two options which the first one is without the battery storage and the second is with batteries. The part without battery storage must consume the produced energy immediately. But also this variant is cheaper and don’t need extra place for batteries but cannot store the energy. The second variant with batteries is more expensive and adds other devices, but offers storing energy for the parts of the day when the photovoltaic panels are not producing energy, which makes the building more self-sufficiency and also the grant is bigger.
