Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of customer satisfaction with the products of a manufacturing company. The aim of the work is to analyze customer satisfaction with the products of the production company Marlenka. The work consists of a theoretical part, which describes the theoretical basis of quality management and customer satisfaction. The practical part and its evaluation follow, which took place on the basis of a questionnaire survey and then possible solutions were proposed so that they have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
