Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of data from training searches for missing persons, with an emphasis on the movement of working dogs and their handlers in the terrain. The main objective is to propose and apply suitable methods for analyzing movement data of dogs and handlers during training search operations. Furthermore, the thesis evaluates the accuracy of measuring the length of the dogs paths using GPS receivers utilized during these exercises and assesses the influence of receiver accuracy on the obtained results.
